1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the بوح (Bawh) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MainCreator Lab ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

بوح (Bawh) is a premium Arabic communication toolkit and emotional support application for iOS that provides:

• Curated quotes and affirmations across multiple categories
• Smart occasion reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and custom events
• Message templates for various life events and occasions
• Stunning visual themes with offline gradients and realistic backgrounds
• Daily affirmation notifications

3. Important Disclaimer

بوح (Bawh) is designed for general wellness, emotional support, and communication enhancement purposes only. The App does not provide professional psychological, psychiatric, medical, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content provided within the App, including quotes, affirmations, and message suggestions, is intended for informational and inspirational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Content and Data

Local Storage

All user-generated content, including saved quotes, custom occasions, preferences, and theme selections, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any locally stored data.

Data Loss

Since data is stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other circumstances.

6. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications for:

• Daily affirmation delivery at your preferred time
• Occasion reminders for dates you have configured

You may enable or disable push notifications at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings > Notifications > بوح). Enabling notifications is not required to use the App's core features.

7. Advertising

The App may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• Ads may be displayed within the App
• You may be asked to consent to ad tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework
• You can manage your ad preferences through your iOS device settings
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, and software code, is the property of MainCreator Lab or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Quotes and affirmations displayed in the App may be attributed to their original authors. We make reasonable efforts to properly attribute all content. If you believe any content infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The content provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MainCreator Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and MainCreator Lab, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
