1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the مصروفي (Masrofy) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MainCreator Lab ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

مصروفي (Masrofy) is a personal expense-tracking and budgeting application for iOS that provides:

• Logging of personal income and expenses with categories, amounts, and optional notes
• Monthly and category-level budgets with visual progress indicators
• Customizable categories and multi-currency support
• Visual spending reports and breakdowns
• Optional local notifications for budget reminders
• CSV export for your own records

3. Important Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

مصروفي (Masrofy) is a general personal-finance tracking tool. It is not a bank, broker, financial advisor, or regulated financial service. The App does not provide professional financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be interpreted as such.

All amounts, totals, budgets, charts, and reports generated by the App are based solely on the data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of that data and for any financial decisions you make. If you need professional financial advice, please consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Content and Data

Local Storage

All data you enter into the App — including transactions, budgets, categories, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any locally stored data.

Data Loss and Backups

Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups. We strongly recommend using the built-in Export to CSV feature periodically. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other circumstances.

Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter. The App's calculations, reports, and budget indicators are only as accurate as the information you provide.

6. Local Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications (for example, budget reminders). You may enable or disable notifications at any time through your iOS device settings. Notifications are scheduled entirely on your device — no remote server is involved.

7. Advertising

The current version of the App does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate tracking-based advertising SDKs. Should advertising ever be introduced in a future version, it will comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and we will update both these Terms and the Privacy Policy to reflect such changes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, and software code — is the property of MainCreator Lab or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the App or its content
• Use the App to record or process data on behalf of a third party without their consent

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Calculations or reports provided will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MainCreator Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any financial decisions you make in reliance on the App.

12. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and MainCreator Lab, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate at any time simply by uninstalling the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
