1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Quran (القرآن الكريم) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MainCreator Lab ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Quran is an audio Quran player for iOS that provides:

• Streaming and offline playback of Quran recitations from more than 200 reciters, across multiple riwayat (such as Hafs and Warsh) and recitation styles (Murattal, Mujawwad, Mu'allim).
• The ability to download individual surahs for offline listening.
• Background playback with Lock Screen and Control Center controls.
• A sleep timer, adjustable playback speed, and resume-where-you-left-off.
• Favorites, smart filters (by riwaya, style, and letter), sorting, and curated surah collections.
• Surah names and their meanings, with transliteration, in six languages (Arabic, English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish), with a full right-to-left Arabic interface.

3. The Recitations and Audio Source

The Holy Quran is a sacred text. The App is a tool for listening to recitations of it and makes no claim of ownership over the Quran itself. The audio recordings played in the App are not produced or hosted by us; they are sourced from the publicly available library at mp3quran.net and remain the work of their respective reciters and publishers.

We make a good-faith effort to present each recitation faithfully and to label surahs and reciters accurately, but we provide the audio "as is" and cannot guarantee that every recording is complete, correctly labeled, or continuously available, since it is hosted by a third party. If you notice any error — a mislabeled surah, a wrong reciter, or a recording issue — please contact us at contact@maincreator.com and we will do our best to correct it. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial listening and worship.

4. User Eligibility

The App is suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. User Content and Data

Local Storage

All data the App generates — including your downloads, your favorites, your resume position, and every setting — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any locally stored data.

Data Loss and Backups

Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for it. We are not responsible for any data loss — including downloaded audio — resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other circumstances. Downloaded surahs can always be downloaded again from within the App.

Network and Data Charges

Streaming and downloading audio consume internet data. You are responsible for any mobile-data or roaming charges your carrier applies. To avoid them, download surahs over Wi-Fi and listen offline.

6. Advertising

The App is free and is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, which may include banner, interstitial, and app-open ads, as well as optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch to unlock additional offline downloads. Ads are delivered in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and Google's User Messaging Platform consent — if you decline tracking, ads remain non-personalized. Ads are never personalized using your listening history, favorites, or downloads. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how advertising works in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App's software, source code, user-interface design, layout, branding, icon, and original text are the property of MainCreator Lab or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Fonts are used under their respective licenses (for example, the SIL Open Font License where applicable).

The Quran recitations themselves are the work of their respective reciters and publishers and are made available through mp3quran.net; we claim no ownership of them. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Extract, scrape, rehost, or redistribute the audio content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks, or those of any third-party service it relies on
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the App or its content
• Use the App in any manner that is disrespectful to the sanctity of the Quran

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The audio content hosted by mp3quran.net will always be available, complete, or correctly labeled
• Playback, downloads, or background audio will function under every condition (for example, if iOS background restrictions, low-power mode, lack of connectivity, or storage limits prevent them)
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MainCreator Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of downloaded content, mobile-data charges, or any other outcome arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

11. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and MainCreator Lab, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate at any time simply by uninstalling the App.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
