By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

الصيام المتقطع (Siyam Tracker) is a fully offline, privacy-first intermittent fasting tracker. We do not operate any servers that hold your data. We do not require an account, email, or password. Your fasting sessions, weight entries, protocols, reminders, and every preference you set live only on your iPhone or iPad. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we fully comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identification information.
• We do not require account creation, sign-in, or user registration.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your fasting data — including start/end times, protocols, completed fasts, streaks, or notes.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your weight entries or any health-related data you log.
• We do not access Apple Health (HealthKit) or any other health database on your device.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
• We do not sell, trade, or rent any information to third parties.
• We do not use third-party analytics SDKs that profile users (e.g., Facebook SDK, TikTok SDK, or similar).

4. Local Data Storage

الصيام المتقطع (Siyam Tracker) stores all user-generated content and preferences locally on your device. This includes:

• Fasting Days: Every fast you start, schedule, complete, or log retroactively — including start time, end time, protocol (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or custom), and any notes — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
• Weight Entries: Any weight values you log are stored locally as part of the same on-device database.
• App Preferences: Your theme (light/dark), haptics setting, keep-screen-on setting, default protocol, and notification preferences are stored locally using UserDefaults/AppStorage.
• Live Activity State: While a fast is in progress, the App writes a small snapshot to an App Group container so the home-screen widget and Live Activity can read the current timer. This data never leaves your device.

This data is never uploaded, synced, or transmitted to our servers or any external service. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.

5. Advertising (AdMob)

الصيام المتقطع (Siyam Tracker) is supported by occasional non-intrusive advertisements served via Google AdMob. To deliver these ads, AdMob may process certain device-level information in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework:

• If you tap "Ask App not to Track" on the ATT prompt, ads remain non-personalized — no Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is shared with AdMob, and Google's SDK is instructed to serve contextual ads only.
• If you allow tracking, AdMob may use the IDFA and standard ad-delivery signals to show more relevant ads.
• You can review or change your tracking choice at any time under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Siyam Tracker.
• AdMob's own data practices are governed by Google's Advertising Policies. We do not receive raw advertising identifiers from AdMob, and ads never contain access to your fasting log or weight data.

6. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

In full compliance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and the App Tracking Transparency framework:

• The App will show the standard iOS ATT prompt before any tracking-eligible signal is shared with Google AdMob.
• You can decline tracking — the App will continue to work, and any ads shown will be non-personalized.
• We do not use your IDFA, fingerprint your device, or correlate identifiers across apps in any other way.
• You can review or change your tracking preferences at any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device.

7. Notifications

The App may request permission to send local notifications. These are used for:

• A one-hour-before reminder when you schedule a planned fast.
• A gentle alert when your active fasting window closes.

All notifications are scheduled locally on your device using Apple's UserNotifications framework. No remote push server is involved, no notification metadata is sent to MainCreator Lab, and you can turn notifications off at any time from iOS Settings.

8. Live Activities & Widget

The App supports Live Activities (Lock Screen / Dynamic Island) and a Home Screen widget that show the progress of an active fast. To enable this, a small shared file is written to an App Group container accessible only by الصيام المتقطع (Siyam Tracker) and its widget extension. This data never leaves your device.

9. Analytics and Crash Reports

To improve the App's stability and performance, we may rely on Apple's own built-in tools, which you control through your iOS settings:

• Apple Crash Reports: If you have opted in to "Share iPhone Analytics" under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share anonymized crash and performance data with developers. You can turn this off at any time in iOS Settings.
• We do not embed any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) in the App.
• Any data Apple may share with us through its tools contains no personal information and no fasting or weight data — only aggregated crash stacks and device/OS metadata useful for fixing bugs.

10. Children's Privacy

الصيام المتقطع (Siyam Tracker) is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
