1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Speedox (عداد السرعة) mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MainCreator Lab ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Speedox is a personal GPS speedometer for iOS that provides:

• A live GPS speed reading (current, maximum, and average) in km/h, mph, or knots.
• Seven dial styles - Classic, Modern, LED amber, LED green, HUD, Map, and Aurora.
• A user-defined speed alert with optional voice (Arabic) and haptic feedback.
• A live map style with a follow-me camera and a route polyline trail.
• Trip history stored on-device, with date, duration, distance, max and average speed, and replay on the map.
• A 0-100 km/h (or 0-60 mph) acceleration test with live readout.
• A live speed and altitude chart with finger-scrub readout.
• Compass and altitude information beneath the dial.
• CSV export of your full trip history.
• Light and dark themes, Arabic and English interfaces with full RTL layout, and vehicle presets (car, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter).

3. Important Disclaimer - Reference Tool, Not a Certified Speedometer

Speedox is a personal reference tool. It is not a certified or calibrated speedometer, and it is not a substitute for the speedometer fitted to your vehicle. The speed Speedox shows is derived from the iPhone's GPS receiver and is therefore subject to satellite visibility, atmospheric conditions, multipath reflections in urban canyons, and device hardware tolerances. Speedox does not measure anything by itself other than what your iPhone's Core Location framework reports.

Nothing displayed in the App (including the dial value, the max and average statistics, the chart, the trip history, the acceleration test, or the speed alert) should be relied upon for legal, professional, sporting, or safety-critical decisions. Never argue with a traffic ticket, contest a radar reading, or make any safety decision based on what Speedox shows. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own driving decisions and that you assume all risk associated with them.

4. Driving Safety

You agree to use Speedox in compliance with all applicable traffic laws. Do not look at your phone or operate Speedox while driving. Mount your phone in a position where you can glance at the dial briefly and safely, or hand it to a passenger. When walking, cycling, or riding a motorcycle, keep your full attention on the road - the App's voice and haptic alerts are designed for exactly that reason. You alone are responsible for choosing speeds appropriate to your vehicle, the road, the weather, and the traffic.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

6. User Content and Data

Local Storage

All data the App generates - including your trips, your acceleration runs, your dial preferences, your alert threshold, and every other setting - is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, and cannot recover, any locally stored data.

Data Loss and Backups

Because data is stored locally, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups. The App provides a CSV export feature for this purpose. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other circumstances.

Accuracy

The speed, distance, altitude, heading, and acceleration values Speedox shows are estimates derived from GPS. They are only as accurate as the GPS signal your iPhone receives at any given moment.

7. Location Access

To show you a live speed, the App needs access to your iPhone's GPS. You grant or deny this access through the standard iOS Core Location prompt, and you can change your decision at any time under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Speedox. If you deny location access, the App will continue to work in Demo mode and will not show real-time speed data.

8. Advertising

The App is free and is supported by a single, non-intrusive banner advertisement served through Google AdMob and anchored at the bottom of the main screen. Ads are delivered in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework - if you decline tracking, the banner remains non-personalized. Ads are never personalized using any of your GPS readings, trips, or alert settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how advertising works in the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, user interface design, dial styles, fonts (licensed under the SIL Open Font License where applicable), and software code - is the property of MainCreator Lab or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including traffic laws
• Use the App to encourage, organize, or facilitate speeding, illegal racing, or any other unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the App or its content
• Use the App to record or process location data on behalf of a third party without their consent

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Speed, distance, altitude, heading, or acceleration values shown by the App will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Voice or haptic alerts will fire under every condition (for example, if iOS background restrictions, low-power mode, or audio output settings prevent them)
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MainCreator Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, vehicle damage, traffic fines, accidents, injuries, or any other outcome arising from your use of or inability to use the App, or from any decision you make in reliance on the App.

13. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and MainCreator Lab, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if applicable). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate at any time simply by uninstalling the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
